Experience
More than 30 years of experience working with sand dune regulations and development projects within Critical Dune Areas (CDA) and High Risk Erosion Areas (HREA). Including over 30 years working for the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR). What we do
We assist property owners in determining what and where to build within CDA's and HREA's. We assist with site plan preparation and can obtain all necessary permits in order to build. These include all state permits and local permits.
